All of the Greeting Card applications are using a commercial license which means that you will have to buy it before the actual download.
Since I don't have the Greeting Card Factory Express and can't download it, I suggest you reach support and ask them about file compatibility. There is also free support. Access the link to read more about it.
There is no information related to the availability for Apple iPad for this application. I have checked the App Store and all the available links, but nothing could be found. However, there is another alternative for Greeting Card Factory Express. It's called Hallmark Card Studio and can be accessed using the following link: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/hallmark-card-studio/id412062597?mt=12
When I try to print, I only get blank pages. Why is this happening?

When you get blank pages when printing, then you will have to use some maintenance tools. Open the application related to your printer then go to the Preferences menu. More precisely you will have to reach the maintenance tools. When you find head alignment click the button associated with it. Wait for the printing heads to re-align and then print a test page and it should work.
